When you are enrolled in iM4Health, your paycheck will show two items: first, a pre-tax deduction labeled iM4HealthPR, and then a claims payment labeled iM4HealthCL. The deduction lowers your taxable income, which reduces the amount of taxes taken out. The claims payment comes back after taxes and, when combined with your lower tax amount, results in an overall increase in your take-home pay. This means the program comes at no net cost to you — and you also receive access to valuable benefits like unlimited $0 virtual care, free or discounted prescriptions, savings on vision, dental, and hearing services, and more!

iM4Health is a supplemental program that works alongside your medical insurance. It gives you access to valuable benefits such as unlimited $0 cost virtual care 24/7, free or discounted prescriptions, savings on vision, dental, and hearing services, on-demand counseling and mental health support, and a hospital indemnity plan that pays cash directly to you if you are admitted to the hospital.

Because these benefits go beyond what most medical plans provide, iM4Health is designed to complement — not replace — your health insurance and provide you and your family with extra support and savings.

You can access your iM4Health benefits through the iM4Health Employee Portal. First time users login with their employee email address as the username and the last four digits of their Social Security Number as the initial password.
